Homemade Onion Strings

We had Homemade onion strings to night and they tasted fabulous, I just had to share!

INGREDIENTS

1 large onion

2 cups buttermilk

2 cups flour

1 scant tablespoon salt

Lots of black pepper

1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper

Peanut Oil

Slice onion very thin. Place in a baking dish and cover with buttermilk for at least one hour.Combine dry ingredients and set aside.Heat oil to 375 degrees.Grab a handful of onions, throw into the flour mixture, tab to shake off excess, and PLUNGE into hot oil. Fry for a few minutes and remove as soon as golden brown.Repeat until onions are gone.

House for Sale

We were playing out side when mom came out and told us to come over. Once we were next to her she said " How would you like to make fairy houses ". Of course I didn't want to make "" Fairy"" houses, so I just made a tiny-tiny-little house. IT SO CUTE!! Okay I'll give you the tour

Out the back door, and into the garden. A nice rock wall edges a pathway and surrounds the garden.



Last but defiantly not least. Fly up to the roof and look up..........a tree house? Yep! You get a completely safe floor and roof.


Needless to say we had a lot of fun. It's educational to, you get to familiarize your self with nature ( whats bendy, stiff, stackable, and tiable) and use your imagination. I encourage you to try it your self.

Spring........At Last!!

At last spring is apon us!! This has been a long winter for all of us , and I think every one has great joy that spring is here. Here in N.H. there are lots of green shoots poping up from the growned, even though we still have 1 foot of snow. There are some pictures below to show you all of God's great plants in N.H.

Aprill fools : Oh Mom

I promised some of you (like Mrs. Kelly ) that I would post what I did for April Fools day. Here is the story........ . My little sister has bath tub dies ,to color her watter. So I took a red one and smeared it all over my finger tip so looked like I cut my finger really bad. It so happened that that day we were doing a project that had allot of cutting. I stated waling and ran over to mom shoved my finger in her face, it took her a minute, but for dad, he ran out as soon as he herd me say I cut my finger. It was Hilarius!!
