Gradituseday : Little Sister

Am so gratefull for my little sister, rebekah, she has given me such joy. Every time I hear her laugh I think " what an angel " and go to give her a BIG hug. I am so gratefull that I have such a blessing.

Menu Planing Monday

My mother has put me in charge of lunches for this week and I thought that I would share what we are having this week.
MONDAY:
Macaroni and Cheese
Green Beans
Peaches
TUESDAY:
Chicken Nuggets
Peas
bananas
WEDNESDAY:
Penne w/ Sauce
Wax Beans
grapes
THURSDAY:
Picnic Lunch for skiing
FRIDAY:
Ramon Noodles
Peas and Carrots

7 Minute Sundays: Meatloaf
This is a new idea that I have. Every Sunday a new recipe will be posted on my blog that only takes 7 minutes to prep. This weeks is meatloaf.
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 c bread crumbs
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
2 lb ground turkey
12 strips of pre cooked bacon
2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce1 packet of french onion soup mix
Litely pack meat-mixture into a non-stick bread pan. Cook for 1 1/4 hours.
