Wax Valentines Day Hearts

You will need,
One block of bees wax,
Twine,
Heart molds,
Canning jar,
Sauce pan,
Watter.
Watter.
First, you need to cut the bees wax in cubs small enough to fit in the canning jar. Fill the sauce pan with watter and turn on high. Once the watter is boiling, place the canning jar in and wait till melted. While waiting, cut the twine into 4 in" pieces ( as many as you have molds ) and tie into loops. Now that the wax is melted, pour into the molds and let sit until film is seen on the wax. Make a hole in the wax with a tooth pick, DO NOT GO ALL THE WAY THROUGH! Stick the end of the loop in the hole and gently press with finger, in order to seal the hole. Then let dry completely. Now getting the bees wax out of the mold can bee kind of tricky. You can try and pull on the edges hard and then bag it upside down on a hard surface. If that does not work boil 3 in" of watter in a sauce pan ( to make less dishes you can use the same one from earlier ). Pick up the mold with tongues and place in watter. Make sure not to drop it or submerge it in the watter. Take it out in and repeat the pulling and baning until it popped out. Walla!!!

Pine Cone Bird Feeders
Here is Hannah covering her pine cone with bird seed.
Bekah peanut buttering hers.
Deklin peanut buttering his.
Here I am helping him.
Once we finished then we went out side to hang them up. Here's Hannah and Bekah with there pine cones. ( It was quite chilly out and that's why hannah appears to have no neck ).
You will need,
Pine cones
Peanut butter
Assorted bird seed
Yarn or string
A butter knife
Bowls
and a rimmed cookie sheet.
Note: the last three items are just for presenting it to the child.
Spread peanut butter on pine cone so that it is completely covered ( this prosses must include getting your fingers sticky ). Then sprinkle or role your pine cone with the bird seed . Then tie the end of the pine cone with string and the other end into a loop. Go outside and hang your wonderful creation on a tree in front of your window and get ready to admire the birds who come to get a snack.

Coffe......Healthy?
I drink coffee every morning and some times later on in the day. Well, every body is like "OMG! you drink coffee". So that got me thinking "is coffee that bad for you?". So I went to my lap top and looked it up on the web. Turns out coffee is really good for you especially if you get the good stuff.

Coffee has minerals and vitamins to help you fight off diabetes, Parkinson's disease, colon cancer, and migraines. OK, so coffee help fight off diseases that's cool. But the thing about coffee that makes parents prevent their children from having it is the caffeine. Right? So I looked into that. Turns out that coffee has no more caffeine than soda. Plus soda has a lot of sugar, fillers, artificial flavors and dyes. Talk about bad for you. Coffee also has less caffeine than energy waters.
That sure is enough info for me to continue drinking my morning java and hope it is for you too.
